Sarah L. Davis is Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and Business Services Group where she focuses on mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Sarah graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Business Management from Pace University, located in New York, New York. She thereafter received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, Sarah was active in the Seton Hall University Center for Social Justice, where she represented economically disadvantaged litigants in a variety of practice areas.

From August 2014 to August 2015, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, where she was responsible for managing case conferences, overseeing motion hearings and trials, and gained extensive knowledge as to the general operations of the New Jersey Court System. She was also frequently tasked with acting as a certified courthouse mediator in matters involving self-represented litigants.

Sarah has been engaged in private practice since the conclusion of her judicial clerkship in 2015. Since that time, she has specialized in the drafting and negotiation of complex financial agreements and transactions, while also representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters at the Superior, Appellate and Supreme Court levels.

Sarah is a member of the Essex County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
