Our Team

Anthony J. Vizzoni is a partner in the firm and he Chair’s the firm’s Business Services Group.  He is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Trucking and Logistics Group.  He focuses his practice on commercial real estate, financing and transactional matters.  Prior to joining Becker, Mr. Vizzoni served as in-house counsel to a well-respected real estate development firm. In that capacity, Mr. Vizzoni gained vast legal, operational and business experience in all aspects of real estate investment, real estate financing and real estate development. 

Mr. Vizzoni regularly represents clients in the purchase and sale of all types of commercial real estate properties.  His representation of clients purchasing real estate assets typically includes due diligence oversight with respect to all aspects of the purchase transaction.  Mr. Vizzoni also specializes in representing real estate developers and commercial property owners in financing transactions with lenders ranging from traditional institutional bank lenders to “hard money” private investors to private placement filings of accredited investors.

Mr. Vizzoni also regularly represents many trucking companies and logistics providers.  In addition to his expertise in the commercial real estate sector, where he represents trucking and logistics providers in the negotiations of the leasing or purchasing of significant warehouse and distributions centers, trucking terminals, and Port Authority properties, he regularly advises his trucking and logistics clients in strategic planning matters. Over the years, Mr. Vizzoni has been instrumental in helping his trucking and logistics clients achieve growth and gain market share, acting as lead counsel on several mergers and acquisitions in the trucking and logistics sectors.
